WINE TASTING PROPOSAL
“ HARMONIOUS CREATIONS ”
A short and light immersion for the palate, the one that introduces you to our rosé, white and red wines.
We will go across a short but rich play of combinations between wine glasses and simple but excellent local gastronomic specialties, such as the classic Apulian taralli and olives, local, seasonal cheeses.
An idea designed for those who want to fill a break with the best of nibbles and wine, or for a quality aperitivo.

Get to know our wines comprehensively,through the introduction to our 3 aging techniques.
Amphora, French oak barrel and steel, these unique combinations, gives our macerato wine from three indigenous white grape varieties Verdeca Bianco D’ Alessano and Minutolo, and our red cru from the Apulian vines Primitivo Negramaro and Susumaniello, an inimitable character.
The tasting will be accompanied by gastronomic offers created especially for our wines and will include an excellent selection of taralli, olives, local aged cheeses and selected charcuterie.
