Rosato Italy is fresh and dry, young and harmonious. It displays the flushed pink, almost coral hue that’s typical of Salento rosés.
Delicate, fruity aromas lead to an elegant, balanced palate, with no tannins and low acidity.
Soft and fruity, this rosé pairs well with dishes requiring a medium-bodied wine: antipasti, seafood pasta and main courses, fresh Puglian cheeses, pasta salad, seasonal vegetables, poultry and lightly cured meats. Ideal with a wide range of desserts.
Like all Vineka wines, Rosato Italy is an ambassador for Puglia’s winemaking culture, with a blend of two native grapes: Negroamaro and Malvasia.
Following the traditional technique, the must is macerated with skins for at least eight hours, with soft pressing to extract the must bloom.
